Shah is a seasoned business leader and has extensive experience in the areas of networking, telecommunications, cloud and mobile technologies, strategy consulting and technology startups. Shah excels in innovating new businesses and developing teams, creating new markets using technology disruptions, capitalizing on first-mover advantage, and driving rapid revenue.
Shah founded YakSee Inc. and is CEO of the startup. His vision is to enable anyone to create their own Interactive Broadcast Station and reach a global audience. Optimized for mobile, YakSee is highly scalable cloud architecture delivering a real-time, interactive video broadcasting service. Shah in addition to being the seed investor in YakSee has defined the vision and strategy, built the core teams in U.S and India, developed the architecture and solution, filed for critical patents around YakSee differentiators, and developed several early adopters for YakSee solution.
Prior to YakSee, Shah was founder and General Manager of Cisco’s Safety & Security Systems Business Unit, whose IPICS solutions established “radio-over-IP” as an integral technology for Cisco. IPICS revolutionized inter-agency collaboration and communications interoperability for homeland security, defense, and enterprise safety and security operations. Earlier, as Director of Product Marketing for the switching BU, Shah defined the vision, strategy, and business models and successfully launched high-speed Long Reach Ethernet solutions.
Shah’s extensive leadership and management experience spans research & development, sales, marketing, business development and business incubation in various companies including Sun Microsystems, Philips Medical, Gemini Strategy Consulting and CXC Corporation (telecommunications startup). In addition, Shah founded Zayant Inc. (IEEE 1394 start-up), which was subsequently acquired by Apple Computers and e-SchoolNet.
A serial innovator, Shah has filed 38 patents of which 19 have been granted.
Shah received a MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management, a MEM from the Robert L. McCormick School of Engineering, and BS degree in Electrical Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology.

Keith has extensive experience in an exceptionally wide variety of senior Marketing, Strategy, Sales, Services, and Project Management roles. He has created innovative strategies for high-tech organizations, and managed their successful execution through to defining and implementing detailed go-to-market plans. He has worked on all aspects of the Information Technology industry, from PCs to mainframes, and from operating systems through ERP systems to web-based services, in both startups and major companies. The majority of Keith's early career was spent with Unisys where he ended as Director of Technology Strategy for Wintel servers, and with Sun Microsystems where he was responsible for mid-range server strategy during Sun’s dotcom explosive growth and later for cross-BU product integration, and Solaris marketing.
Keith has been responsible for Marketing at YakSee for the last six years. He received a joint BS in Law and Philosophy from the University of Keele in the UK.

He is a confident, people oriented communicator, recognized for a wide range of corporate contributions including producing top-tier revenue generation, business development and marketing strategies. He is a proactive leader by example who effectuates positive change that creates goal focused, cross functional expectations and results. Bill excels in sales and marketing management, strategic alliances, business development and developing channels.
Bill has been working with Yaksee in an advisory role since 2011. Full time since March 2016 his primary sales responsibilities include building use cases in multiple vertical markets demonstrating and proving financial business models. Verticals currently engaged with Yaksee include music, entertainment, education, sports, news, politics, polling organization, legal associations, fashion and arts. Additional responsibilities in the business development arena include building a sustainable and profitable channel market supporting and managing these verticals with industry knowledgeable experts. Prior to Yaksee he most recently spent 6 years in a Sales and Business development role at NetApp building cloud based solutions to the Service Provider market. Previous to NetApp he spent years with Cisco Systems, AT&T and Sprint in various management roles.

Darlene has a proven track record as a team builder who is results and schedule driven. Throughout her creative career, she has worked closely with clients and built teams which delivered under demanding scope and schedule requirements. Darlene has extensive experience in development of design development, proposals, development of scope of work documents, and management of project progress/completion documentation.
Darlene has worked in many capacities at YakSee creating the social media and marketing content, investor, PR and training videos, YakSee name, logo and graphic, how-to documentation and website for YakSee. Darlene has been instrumental in development of early customers, use cases, and strategic components of the YakSee platform. Darlene has spearheaded numerous strategic YakSee engagements including Silicon Valley Comic Con and USA Synchro events including Jr. Olympics, American's Open, and the YakSee’s participation in 2016 Rio Olympics by invitation of USA Synchronized Swimming.
Darlene is a licensed California architect with a 20 year career specializing in commercial construction. Darlene served as Design Architect for the San Diego County Emergency Communication Center and as City Program Manager for the $180M San Jose to San Francisco Fiber Optic Backbone for Level 3, Corporation to successful completion.
Darlene is a founding member of the Board of Directors for Silicon Valley Aquatic Initiative (SVAI), whose mission is private funding and support of the City of Santa Clara's replacement for the Community Recreation and International Swim Center, a $200 M project. Talukder was a member of the board of directors for the Santa Clara Aquamaids from 2012 to 2014; serving as the VP of Infrastructure and then as the VP of Strategic Partnerships.
